The implementation of CEPA has promoted the economic development among Hinterland , Hong Kong , Macao greatly, and demonstrated the strong vitality, but some problems emerged at the same time,such as the indeterminate of some legal provisions,the lack of the judicial examining,the imperfect of the dispute settlement system,the bad jiont of the Legal provisions and so on.
