According to weight hopper’s hanging ring of batcher’s structure and its work situation, a 3-D calculated model of hanging ring is established with finite element analysis.
采用有限元分析方法,根据配料机称量斗吊环的结构和工作情况,建立了吊环的三维计算模型,运用ANSYS软件,对吊环的结构进行计算,根据计算结果提出了吊环的结构设计改进方案,并对改进后的结构进行了分析。
