Fat contents of full-fat sweet milk powder and full-fat milk powder were analyzed by Gerber method and Rose-Gettieb method respectively to found the reason for the systematical error in Gerber method.
以全脂甜粉和全脂淡粉为检测样品,盖勃法和罗兹法为检测方法,通过比较了盖勃法和罗兹法的检测数据,分析盖勃法产生误差的原因,并提出有效的改进方法,提高盖勃法检测乳制品的准确性。
