This thesis discussed the development of China-foreign co-operation education programmes in China, analyzed the major driving forces of China-foreign co-operation education in social and economical perspectives, proposed a category of various international education Programmes, namely, oversea-oriented education programmes, and indicated potential business opportunities in these programmes.
