文章选用金标试纸法作为李斯特菌的快速筛选方法,加快检验速度,方便商品流通,用此方法对40份进口的鸡肉、猪肉、牛肉及鱼类进行了单增李斯特氏菌检测,并与国标方法[1]、SN方法[2]进行比较,并参考了食品微生物实验室工作指南[3],得出的结果是采用金标试纸法检验李斯特菌快速、准确、方便。
