With the study on the lightning strike rate of 10 kV overhead transmission lines in urban districts of Jiangmen,China and based on the computational theory of annual lightning strike rate of overhead lines,the theoretical value and the actual value of the annual average lightning strike rate per kilometer are compared and analyzed.
以江门市区10kV架空线路雷击率为研究对象,以架空线路年雷击率计算理论为基础,对年均公里雷击率理论值与实际值进行比较分析。
It is concluded that 1) all formulas dealing with the said protection rage at home and abroad are empirical formulas, for some key influencing factors can not be quantitated; 2) the difference of the protection range stipulated in various documents is the result of different permissible lightning strike probability; 3) absolutizing the protection.
