The results show that the recycling tube might decrease the axial velocity obstructing gas-liquid separation and depress the pressure drop,the extending skirt could increase the tangential velocity which was the main power of completing gas-liquid separation without increasing pressure drop,there is an optimal inlet diameter in recycling cyclone.
模拟结果表明,循环管可以减小不利于气、液相分离的轴向速度并降低压降,防液罩可以在不增加压力损失的情况下增强气、液相分离的主要动力——切向速度,循环旋风分离器存在一个最佳入口直径。
