By changing the maximum temperature and the heating rate in the thermal cycles, this work use Uddeholm self-controlled fatigue experimental method to test the thermal fatigue property of 3Cr2W8V, which has been pre-treated with different heat treatment method.
本文采用Uddeholm自约束热疲劳试验方法,通过改变热循环过程中的上限温度以及加热速度,对经过不同热处理工艺的3Cr2W8V钢进行热疲劳试验;借助金相显微镜、扫描电镜等分析手段,研究了各试验参数对3Cr2W8V钢热疲劳性能的影响。
