Through using three statistical indexes,including the funds of applied and developmental research (ADR&D),scientists and engineers engaged in Research and Development(R&D),and GDP,all those time series from 1978 to 2002,this paper,by taking USA and Mainland China as examples,constructs correlation and regression models,analyses the correlations between the two inputs respectively and GDP.
本文选取美国和中国 1978～ 2 0 0 2年应用研究与试验发展经费、从事研究与开发活动的科学家和工程师人数两个投入指标 ,结合对应年份的GDP值 ,试图通过建立相应的计量模型 ,探讨三者之间的关系 ,并分析科技基本投入对GDP的影响。
