给出了超声研磨工具的结构,在无法用解析法确定工具结构参数的情况下,采用大型有限元软件ANSYS仿真其实际工况,对不同结构参数的工具进行模态分析,找到其纵振频率与工作频率接近的一组参数作为有限元优化设计的初始设计序列,进行优化设计得到最优解。
