本文简要介绍了含铅材料对人类和环境的危害,指出了无铅低温封接玻璃发展的必然性,介绍了无铅低温封接玻璃中常见的钒酸盐、磷酸盐、铋酸盐系统,并对无铅低温封接玻璃的发展方向、研究现状以及国内外差距进行了探讨,并提出了无铅低温封接玻璃的研究重点,包括基础理论研究、新的玻璃形成理论、烧熔流动理论和新的制备技术等。
