The results show that in TCS processed K424,dendrite arms were coarser,SDAS was larger,the amount and size of microporosity of TCS pro- cessed K424 alloy is smaller,and its density is higher by about 1% than that in conventionally cast K424.
试验结果表明热控凝固铸造 K424合金枝晶较为粗大,二次枝晶臂间距较大；显微疏松的数量和尺寸均小于普通铸造 K424合金；密度比普通铸造的 K424合金高1%左右。
