The ultrasonic parameters,such as amplitude and wave shape and ultrasonic velocity were monitored during explosive cast process with the heat preservation and natural cooling by using ultrasonic transmission test.
结果表明,底部位置的超声波幅明显大于中部和上部,说明炸药浇铸的底部质量最好;在炸药浇铸凝固相同位置保温条件比自然冷却下超声波幅强,说明保温工艺有利于控制炸药浇铸质量。
