This paper mainly introduce some important technologies and algorithms about the acquisition and update of alarm and diagnose rules used in a network fault diagnose system and knowledge expression and knowledge base construction.
系统根据数据挖掘技术运用本文提出的算法进行超界告警规则的挖掘，根据试验结果在时间上获得了很好的效果；根据粗糙集理论和相关专家的经验运用本文算法来实现故障诊断规则的产生和更新，并验证了该方法是一个快速有效的方法。
