Objective To investigate the change of number and ultrastructure of dopaminergic(DA) neurons in substantia nigra and striatum of Parkinson s disease(PD) mice and the effect of poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase(PARP) inhibitor PJ34 on the neurons.
