The gene fingerprinting of T cell receptor β varial region (TCRβV) was used to analyze the T cell clone variations in peripheral blood lymphocytes from a patient with chronic eosinophilic leukemia (CEL) and to find out the characters of CDR3 amino acid sequence related to CEL.
