To identify truthfulness of distant hybrids for Cunninghamia lanceolata(Chinese fir) × Platycladus orientalis,a series of exploratory experiments were conducted with 9 intersimple sequence repeat(ISSR) primers having polymorphism screened out from 100 University of British Columbia(UBC) primer Set # 9(800-900).
为了对杉木Cunninghamia lanceolata与侧柏Platycladus orientalis远交杂种的真实性进行鉴定,进行预备试验,从100条UBC primer Set#9(800~900)引物中,筛选出9条多态性引物。
Furthermore, it is a great challenge to map QTL underlying threshold traits and quantitative traits as well in animal outbred population because of unknown information of marker linkage phrase and discrete nature of threshold traits which resulting in reduced variation in the phenotypic distribution.
针对畜禽QTL定位,当采用近交系或远交系杂交的试验设计时,资源群体往往很难满足设计要求;而直接对远交群进行分析,由于QTL和标记连锁状态的复杂性,统计效率显著下降,尤其对于阈性状的分析,由于表型数据的不连续特征和极低的表型方差,进一步加大了远交群QTL检测的难度。
