针对宝钢分公司2050mm热轧精整薄板线施罗曼飞剪在生产中经常发生的剪刃撞钢现象,对施罗曼飞剪PLC控制程序进行分析研究后,在飞剪控制电机软件中增加"减速"给定功能,形成了一项防止施罗曼飞剪在高速生产过程中发生剪切撞钢的优化控制技术,增强了施罗曼飞剪在生产过程中运行的稳定性,减少因飞剪撞钢而引起的设备损坏和故障处理时间,极大地减少了带钢因剪刃撞钢而造成的废钢损失,从而提高了机组的钢板成材率。
