This paper discussed the correlation between psychosomatic theory of Chinese medicine and sub-health from three aspects:etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,prevention and treatment,which suggested that the study of the psychosomatic theory of Chinese medicine is very important for the prevention and treatment of sub-health.
