This paper gives a charactering theorem of such T 0 space with χ(x)≤m by using Mrowkas m almost metric space, which extended a similar famous theorem of ponomave¨v who used the ordinary metric space and continuous open mapping of such space.
扩充了Ｐｏｎｏｍａｖｅ¨ｖ关于“Ｔ０满足第一可数公理空间必是度量空间的连续开映象”的定理，用ｍ几乎度量空间刻划局部特征数小于等于ｍ的Ｔ０空间类。
