The reaction of continuous and noncontinous carbonation between carbon dioxide and lime cream in torrential ball absorption tower was studied in the light of the characteic of the exhaust gas from alcohol factory that the carbon dioxide is high in content and low in impurity.
据此研究了CO2 与石灰乳在湍球吸收塔内进行不连续碳化反应和连续碳化反应 ;探讨了CO2 的通气量、石灰乳浓度和流量、湍球的大小和填充量、塔的直径和塔板数对工艺的影响 ,获得了工业化生产的有关指标和数据 。
Aiming at the main sources of SO2 pollution,the wet flue gas desulphurization is compared with AE&E overfull liquid absorption technique,and then the advantages of AE&E overfull liquid absorption technique,such as small volume,low energy consumption,high SO2 scrubbing,uater saving and heary metal removing is proposed.
针对我国SO2污染的主要来源火电机组的脱硫问题对大型火电机组一般采用的湿法烟气脱硫工艺与AE&E的湍流吸收工艺进行比较,指出AE&E湍流吸收工艺是一种烟气脱硫及除尘一体化的工艺技术,具有占地小、节水、能耗低、SO2脱除率高、维护量小、可以脱除重金属等优点,建设相同规模的烟气脱硫装置(如200 MW)比传统的湿法工艺节约投资30%左右。
