Based on analysis and study of interaction between atomic force microscope tip and sample of SiO_2-filled rubbers, the optimum scanning parameters and AFM phase image with distinct structure are obtatined,and the micro-distribution of SiO_2-filled in rubbers is investigated and statistically analyzed with nanoscope software.
