Because incorrect treatment overheat and burnt structure occur,which lead to reduce of strength, plasticity and ductility and enlargement of brittleness,witch leads to the spheric end cap of the high pressure evaporator handhole brittle burst.
对余热锅炉高压蒸发器下联箱端盖的爆破原因进行分析,结果表明,由于工艺控制不当,出现过热和过烧组织,造成材料强度、塑性和韧性急剧下降,脆性显著增大,导致锅炉高压蒸发器下联箱手孔球形端盖脆性爆破。
