Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the assessment of the pharmacokinetics of compound paracetamol tablets (Ⅱ) (each containing paracetamol 250 mg, propyphenazone 150 mg and caffeine 50 mg).
目的:建立同时测定人血浆中对乙酰氨基酚、异丙安替比林和咖啡因浓度的HPLC法,研究健康志愿者口服复方对乙酰氨基酚片(Ⅱ)(每片含对乙酰胺基酚250 mg,异丙安替比林150 mg,咖啡因50 mg)后的人体药动学。
