The lightweight alumina ceramic was prepared with alumina bubble and α-Al 2O 3 powder, and solution of Al 2(SO 4) 3· 18H 2O and NH 4Al(SO 4) 2·12H 2O and PVA as the cement, which will form in situ the nano γ-Al 2O 3 particles, to decreasing the sintering temperature as sintering agent, and improving the strengthen of the ceramics.
采用氧化铝空心球和α -Al2 O3细粉为原料 ,以硫酸铝和硫酸铝铵水溶液及PVA水溶液为结合剂 ,并以硫酸铝和硫酸铝铵受热分解而原位合成的纳米γ -Al2 O3作为烧结助剂制备轻质高强氧化铝陶瓷。
A wet chemical method was cidopted to introduce alumina sol to surface-modification of alumina bubble and in-situ decomposition characteristics, distribution of alumina sol, mi-crostructure and mechanical properties of surface-modified alumina bubble were studied by SEM, XRD, Coulter LS Particle Size Analyzer and self-preparation experimental device for measurement of compressive resistance.
