Methods:4 different chemiluminescence immune detection systems ( Bayer ACS:180, Bayer ADVIA Centuar, Johnson Vitron Eci and DPC IMMULITE ) were used to detect CEA concentrations in 3 kinds of quality control specimen ( Bayer,DPC and self-made) and 32 patient samples.
