On the analysis of the characteristics of dye jigger and by means of the decoupling the two channel temperature, an adaptive IMC method is proposed in this paper.
本文通过分析印染机温度系统的特点,首先实现两通道之间的解耦,同时针对印染机温度系统的纯滞后及参数大范围缓变的情况,采用自适应内模控制方法,通过在线辨识系统参数,并相应修改解耦参数,克服了模型辨识精度与辨识计算量的矛盾,提高了系统的鲁棒性,对不等延时的耦合系统提供了一种控制方法。
