The paper investigate the wear rules of some kinds of cemented carbide indexable inserts at home and abroad, and through cutting experiments, the effect of cutting tools geometric parameters and cutting force and so on on tool life is analyzed, which provides basic experiment data for online monitoring of tool wear.
本文考察了国内外典型的几种硬质合金可转位刀片的磨损规律,通过切削试验分析了刀具几何参数、切削力等方面对刀具耐用度的影响,为硬质合金可转位刀片的磨损进行在线监测提供了基础试验数据。
