The choosing approaches and impact factors of vibrating mixing schemes are discussed by analyzing several schemes of vibrating mixing.
通过对几种振动拌和方案的分析,讨论了对振动拌和方案的选择方法及影响因素,认为对于RCC和SFRC,较好的振动拌和方案为振动与搅拌相结合:根据RCC和SFRC的物理力学性能及结构流变特性,选择了周期式立轴振动拌和方案,并对其试验样机的设计进行了详细分析,提出使用该样机并合理选择参数,可使搅拌达到较好效果。
