Systematic analysis on characteristics of the movement are carried out, in which the movement is decomposed into swing, circle, vibration waves and flying, then the components are studied respectively with biomechanics knowl.
根据以往研究,特别是笔者多年来从事体操项目生物力学研究的成果,成功解决了大量单杠训练中实际问题,系统地分析了体操单杠项目特点,把单杠动作分成摆动、回环、振浪、飞行等几大类,结合相关运动生物力学知识和理论,对单杠的这几类特征动作进行研究分析,提出一整套单杠运动中的运动生物力学原理,为单杠项目的训练科学化提供理论依据。
