From the theory analysis,Fabry-Perot(F-P) resonant cavity can look as a filter,it has different transmissivity for the light with different frequencies,it can select the frequencies by adjusting the space of the F-P resonant cavity,The effects of parameters of the Fabey-Perot optical resonator to the testing precision and testing area are calculated using Matlab programs.
Fabry-Perot(简称F-P)光学共振腔与常用的光学滤光片有相似之处,一个F-P共振腔对不同频率的光具有不同的透过率,而且对其腔长进行微小调整即可显著改变F-P光学共振腔的光谱响应特性。
