This paper introduces the welding procedure of 16MnR/316L stainless steel clad plate with ceramic backing,submerged arc welding and flux-cored wire CO2 automatic welding,which is used to resolve the welding and heat treatment problems of thick-wall stainless steel clad plate,the welding procedure is proved feasible,it has been applied in industry successfully.
