Using the APDL language of the ANSYS,and the finite element of the bellows which includes transitional-wave was set up.
利用ANSYS中的APDL语言,建立带过渡波的波纹管参数化有限元模型,通过非线性有限元计算得出不同下降高度的过渡波在拉伸、压缩和弯曲分析的应力分布以及应力变化趋势,研究发现具有合适下降高度的过渡波能大大降低波纹管的应力,从而为波纹管的优化设计,尤其是寿命分析研究提供了一定的参考。
