方法 ①采用火棉胶切片技术对4例(8侧)成人眶尖区标本进行连续薄层断层解剖学观察;②使用高分辨力CT及三维重建技术观测10例(20侧)志愿者眶尖区;③观测5例(10侧)志愿者眶尖区高分辨力MRI断层扫描图像;④对30例(60侧)成人干颅骨标本和15例(30侧)成人湿性头颅标本的眶尖区结构进行显微解剖;⑤在手术显微镜和内窥镜下对3例成人头颅湿性标本模拟眶内经颅入路。
