In the new scheme,an inductance which is shared by both the pulser and the sustainer discharge circuit is serially connected with the laser head in the pulser discharge loop of the new scheme,Experimental results show that this new scheme can enhance the preionization and increase the laser pulse energy in a long pulse TE CO2 laser.
