The steady-state fluorescence quenching method was used to determine the aggregation number of bound-micelle (Nb) of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) in the ternary mixing system of alkali metal (Li, Na or K) sulfate-SDS-polyethylene glycol (PEG).
采用稳态荧光猝灭技术测定了三种碱金属(Li,Na或K)硫酸盐-SDS-PEG三元体系中SDS(十二烷基硫酸钠)的束缚胶束聚集数Nb,考察了SDS浓度c、碱金属硫酸盐浓度ce及PEG(聚乙二醇)浓度cp变化时SDS的Nb的变化规律。
The correlations between the micelle aggregation number(Nm),the viscosity(η),and equili-brium concentration of SDS monomer(cUF) in the solution were studied by means of surface tension determination,steady-state fluorescence quenching,ultra-filtration,and viscosity analysis.

The surface tension was obtained by volume titration of quaternary ammonium Gemini surfactant in aqueous solution,which has been the critical micelle concentration(cmc),and the micellar aggregation number Nm,was determined using steady-state fluorescence quenching method,which further illustrated the obvious micellization of this kind of aqueous surfactant.
通过体积滴定法测定季铵盐Gemini表面活性剂水溶液的表面张力,由此得到其临界胶束浓度(cmc),并且利用稳态荧光猝灭法测定胶束聚集数Nm,进一步说明了此类表面活性剂水溶液很明显的胶团化倾向。
