Methods:One thousand nine hundred and sixty three patients were checked by the OLYPUS ENF T3 nasopharyngolaryngoscope after surface anesthesia,and the treatments in the patients with vocal nodule,polyp of vocal cord, foreign body in pharynx and the accretion in the pharyngeal ostium of eustachian tube after radiotherpay in the nasoph.
