The equation of cavity surface of roll forging die for pressing tapered hexahedron shank of a file is established based on the space conjugation principles, and the mathematical expressions in longitudinal section and cross section of cavity surface are deduced.
基于空间啮合原理建立了锉刀柄部六方锥形体辊锻模型腔表面方程 ,推导了型腔表面端、轴截形的数学表达式 ,并在计算实例中计算了数控加工模具型腔所需的截形坐标点数
