A high-biomass,iron-enriched yeast strain R4-5 was obtained after gradual screening and fermenting through 25 yeast strain, treated it with 60Co mutation ,then got a positive mutation yeast strain R4-5-27 that contain more biomass and iron,and this yeast strain can used sugarcane molasses as the culture medium.
