The structure of electric sweeper was simplified after analyzed,the process of data exchange between UG and ADAMS was introduced,and sweeping process was simulated in ADAMS, DOE was employed to save time,some key parameters were discussed and some suggestions were proposed.
在分析某电动扫地车结构的基础上,对一些结构进行了简化,介绍了三维建模、UG和ADAMS之间的数据交换过程及在ADAMS中进行滚刷清扫运动仿真的过程和结果,讨论了几个相关参数对清扫效果的影响,为进一步研究提出了一些建议。
