Acoording to the technological process, the grinding allowance and the snapring groove clearance of finished bearing ring, the snap ring groove size of bearing ring on lathing was calculated with the method of technological dimension chains, in order to pledge a finished snapring groove size of bearing ring after grinding the ring, and meet users’requirement.
根据加工过程、磨加工余量大小及成品轴承套圈止动槽公差要求,应用工艺尺寸链方法,推算出车加工轴承套圈止动槽位置尺寸,从而保证磨加工后成品所要求的套圈止动槽位置尺寸,满足用户要求。
