文章以宝钢 1 5 5 0CAL平整机为例 ,通过理论推导与现场实际相结合 ,建立了一套分析VC轧机板形控制的数学模型 ,并采用现场实测资料 ,模拟出在不同弯辊力和VC辊内部油压的作用下轧制时带材的前张力横向分布情况。
