The problem of multiple indices synthetical estimate of section data has beenstudying,but the research of indices system estimates is less at present for the timeseries/cross section data(parallel data),this paper give a synthetical estimate algorithm for system of parallel data by making use of thecomponent analysis method and the ideal point method,and analyse the rationality through example.
