On the basis of the wu youke morbid air theory,and consult past dynasties instructor viewpoint,this study suggest the main pathogenesis of viral fever lies in the invasion of epidemic toxin and the accumulation yang-heat.
本课题研究在吴又可戾气学说的基础上参考历代温疫学家的观点，认为“疫毒内侵，阳热郁结”是病毒性发热的主要病机，治疗当“清热解毒，破气散结”，遂将经典名方达原饮化裁成为新方达原饮，从而进行了有关动物实验及理论探讨。
