Based on the study of binary weighted D / A converter and thermometer-coded D / Aconverter, a new Segmented thermometer-coded to be weighted with binary current source D/ A convener is presented according to sample rate , precision and area of circuit.
通过对温度码和二进制码这两种不同数/模转换器结构的讨论,针对速度、精度和成本的要求,设计了一种新型的分段温度码二进制加权控制的电流源型数/模转换器,并对其进行了原理分析和电路设计、电路仿真、电路版图布局、部分电路版图实现等的研究。
