To explore the effects of bFGF, CNTF and hair follicle neural stem cells on dedifferentiation of macroglial and the feasibility of induction of the regeneration following optic nerve injuries, bFGF, CNTF and hair follicle neural stem cells were injected to the damaged optic nerve of rats respectively.
本研究通过培养、鉴定成体大鼠毛囊神经干细胞后,将bFGF、CNTF、毛囊神经干细胞分别注入大鼠受损视神经中,应用HE、免疫组织化学、基因芯片、实时定量PCR等方法从形态学、蛋白和基因水平,研究外加bFGF、CNTF、毛囊神经干细胞后视神经神经胶质细胞及视神经再生的变化,旨在探讨bFGF、CNTF、毛囊神经干细胞诱导受损视神经大胶质细胞去分化及促进视神经轴突再生的可能性。
