The general structure,software flowchart and element function of transient instability prediction and emergency control system based on wide area measurement system is proposed,and the condition that WAMS should satisfy for constructing global cooperation power system transient emergency control system is analyzed.
提出了基于广域测量系统(wide area measurement system,WAMS)的暂态不稳定性预测与紧急控制系统的实现框架结构、控制主/子站的软件流程和基本功能,给出了WAMS用于构建全局协调的电力系统暂态紧急控制系统时应具备的基本条件。
