为给触发真空开关(TVS)在脉冲功率系统多级放电中的应用提供参考和设计依据,通过空载和通流两种触发实验研究了一种沿面击穿型的TVS,对比分析触发间隙电阻和触发电压两个参数变化规律的实验结果表明,在通流实验次数不多时存在触发间隙电阻增大、触发电压减小的趋势,原因在于沿面击穿型TVS工作过程中主间隙电流的作用远大于触发电流的作用,而主间隙电流的作用取决于大电流电弧以及金属蒸气沉积的效果。
