In this paper,the Effective Perceived Noise Level(EPNL) is adopted for a single flight event and the Weighted Equivalent Continuous Perceived Noise Level(WECPNL) is used for many flight events in a period of time.
采用有效感觉噪声级Lepn作为单个事件的评价量,用计权等效连续感觉噪声级Lwecpn作为一段时间内多个事件的评价量,介绍了机场环境噪声影响预测的完整程序和方法。
The weighted equivalent continuous perceive noise level L WECPN is adopted as airport noise rating parameters,moreover,it combines the topography,scheduled flight,airport types and departure or approach flight paths etc,and computes and draws the noise contours.
