Having chosen relevant economic index of Zhejiang Province in years 1989-2003,and based on expenditure analysis, this paper gives a quantitative analysis toward FDI s outflow effect on Zhejiang economy from the aspects of times series and areas coverage by describing the economy operation tracks of FDI,economic growth and foreign trade.
